• Have a valid government-issued ID (NIN)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have a valid bank account in your name
• Not have been previously suspended from our platform

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to:

• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Not share your login credentials with anyone
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Enable two-factor authentication for added security
• Log out of your account after each session

4. Savings Plans and Contributions

• Contribution Amounts: Minimum contribution is ₦100, maximum is ₦50,000 per transaction
• Security Fee: A 5% security fee applies to all savings plan contributions
• Late Fee: A 10% late fee applies to Ajo circle contributions made after the due date
• Payouts: Payouts are processed according to your plan's schedule
• No Interest: Standout Vault does not pay interest on savings; it is a savings facilitation platform

5. Fees and Charges

• Security Fee: 5% of contribution amount
• Late Payment Fee (Ajo circles): 10% of contribution amount
• Early Withdrawal Fee: May apply for breaking savings circles early
• Transaction Fees: Payment gateway fees may apply
• All fees are disclosed before you confirm any transaction

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass our security measures
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
• Engage in money laundering or fraudulent activities
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with our platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You provide false or misleading information
• Your account shows suspicious activity
• We are required to do so by law
• You fail to complete compliance verification

8. Compliance Requirements

To comply with financial regulations, you must complete compliance verification including:
